Home Sellers

You no longer need to wait for settlement before you can access money, as a result of selling your property. As soon as you have entered into an Agreement with a Real Estate Agent to sell your home you can now immediately access funds from VIP Cashflow.

VIP Cashflow will provide money to you before settlement is due.

Joint Venture with the VIP Home Service Group – established since 1972

How does it Work?

VIP Cashflow can help you meet those everyday expenses that occur as a result of selling your home. If you have just sold your home and cannot wait for settlement because you have to start organising and paying for things like:

VIP Cashflow can provide you with immediate money before your property settles. We will lend you a percentage of money that is due to you at settlement, provided you have enough equity in your current home.

It is basically a short term loan that is secured against your settlement. When settlement takes place your solicitor / conveyancer will simply pay us monies borrowed at settlement.

VIP Cashflow take the interest due to us upfront. For example say you want to borrow against $10,000.00 and the interest charge is 8% we will place $9200.00 into your account. When settlement occurs your solicitor / convenyancer, as part of the settlement, will direct $10,000.00 to be repaid to VIP Cashflow.

It’s that simple.

What’s the Process?

Step 1: Complete an Application Form

If this is the first time you have used VIP Cashflow, you need to complete an application form. Please fill it out and sign the application and fax it back to us with a copy of the following documents:

You can submit your application form by fax to us on 1300736656.

Step 2: Review and Acceptance

Once we have received your application we review it and approve it (subject to it meeting our guidelines). At this moment we will conduct a credit check. Once approved, we will send you a Home Seller Short Term Loan Agreement and Consent for Caveat form. Simply sign this and fax it back to VIP Cashflow or forward to your relevant Broker.

Step 3: Funds in Your Account

Once we have received the Short Term Loan Agreement and the Consent for Caveat form, we will then begin to register the Caveat and then once this is complete funds will be deposited into your nominated account. The upfront cost to you is $749.00 and this will be taken out of the Home Seller Advance Loan along with relevant interest. Once funds have been deposited you will be emailed a confirmation.
